Sunday 2nd December saw the return of the annual Christmas Market with well over 3000 visiting over the course of the day.

2pm: Christmas Market Opens with free entry

3pm: Santa arrives at his Grotto (Dan's Barbers)

4:15pm: Christmas Light switch on & Carol Singing

6pm: Christmas Market closes

Come and join us for a Festive Christmas in the Market Place on Sunday 2nd December from 2:00pm - 6:00pm.

Father Christmas will be arriving at 3:00pm and the grand light switch on will take place at 4:15pm.

There will be Food Stalls and Carol Singing and lots of merriment. We look forward to seeing you there.

There have been a number of issues regarding HGV lorries still coming through the Village of Kegworth due to lack of signage so we are pleased to report that the contractor has started changing signs beginning with the A453 from Nottingham.

The Police and Crime Commissioner's Youth Commission Members have launched a Police and Crime Survey and want to hear from young people aged 11 - 25 about crime and policing in their area.

The information provided by young people will help to shape the delivery of the Police and Crime Plan and feedback will help to improve policies and services.
