Public Footpaths near to Kegworth Bypass

Leicestershire County Council have advised that all the footpaths that cross the Kegworth bypass are still closed-off by the developer. LCC have some snagging issues to raise with the contractor and they await advice on when the works will be finished.

East Midlands Gateway - Works to Connect Railway Line

NWLDC's Development Control team has been informed of works that are due to start in the New Year to connect the main railway line to the rail terminal line at the East Midlands Strategic Rail Freight Interchange. There's no information to share as they are not required to show NWLDC their access plans, but the contractor wants to let local communities know that the work is due to start.
