Get on-board the 865 bus, Normanton on Soar - Kegworth - Clifton Tram Stop via East Midlands Parkway

Sutton Bonington Parish Council have contacted me to ask that I promote the 865 bus service which stops in Kegworth and takes passengers to Clifton Park and Ride via East Midlands Parkway. The service provides an attractive link to the train station and Nottingham's tram service.

Sutton Bonington Parish Council feels that this service is vastly underused due to the poor publicity of it and hopefully by spreading the word.. Read More »

M1 Closure to Accommodate 'Bridge Slide' & Ashby Road Closure

During the weekend of 12th and 13th May (with a contingency of 19th and 20th May), closure of the M1 will take place to accommodate a 'bridge slide'. The Buckingham Group can confirm works are currently on programme for the 12/13th May but they will provide a further update just before the Easter break (30th March).
